The owner fast respond, however they are not able to fix the issue.

− The ceiling at the kitchen area was broken, water dripping sounds appeared on and off. It’s unbearably loud during the night. Informed the owner about the condition, it’s either to move to another room with additional amount or receive little compensation ..either way has spoiled our holiday mood. Spot dirty curtains, was expecting the room like what has been described at the booking.com..

Facilmente raggiungibile, veloce check in, l’host fornisce chiare e puntuali info per l’accesso.

− La pulizia è scarsissima, davvero poco accogliente, abbiamo dormito vestiti. In bagno non c’è neanche la carra igienica e per terra il water perde acqua. Entra acqua dal soffitto
