− Bad smell in front of the rooms. Wardrobe is not good. Water sound disturbing.

1.0The inside room is very clean like tiles and the bathroom.
− 1.The bedroom bedsheet smells very. 2. My 3 years baby crying for milk but care taker very bad person they not thinking about emergency situations. 3. Location very far away from the centre so family people like babies and aged person not suitable. 4. Booking time tea coffee complementary mention but care taker is very bad even if they are not ready for a complementary cup of Free. Once I go ask what about tea coffee that time he smartly acting. 5. New married couples and children below 5 years and family people this place is not suitable. 6. This location is only set for adults and men only for drinking. 7. I paid 4070 rs for room but not worth.
Please don’t take elderly people here in rainy day and take of your kids after reaching here.
4.0We went with friends in rainy days in aug here. Reaching to this location in rainy days is very dangerous in rainy days and the roads are very slippery. We went down from some other place not from Main entrance due to slippery entrance. No proper car parking. You need to park on the road.

10.0What we liked the most was the beautiful natural surroundings. The stay is close to a river, and the peaceful nature-side location was amazing — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.
− There is no store or shop nearby, so make sure to buy essentials before reaching the place. Also, the location is very far from Munnar town, and travel takes time due to long hill roads.
