− По заезду нам сказали, что нашего номера нет, но в букинг. сом такой имелся, и велась переписка с отелем. В итоге нас поселили на 40 минут позже, потом они искали ключи от номера (нам нужно было срочно уходить). Нашли. Вечером, по возвращению в номер, мы обнаружили все прелести... 1. В номере было грязно, даже стены грязные. Сантехника в плесени. 2. Поломанная и старая мебель.( вы её хотя бы помойте) 3. Горячей воды не было 4. Вентилятор отсутствует 5. Кондиционер не работает. Ночью к нам пришёл сотрудник, отремонтировал его. Но через 20 минут, кондиционер начал дымить и перестал работать. 6. В ванной комнате были пластиковые чашки для полоскания рта. Эти чашки были со слезами потушенных сигарет. То есть, отель мне предоставил пепельницу для полоскания рта. После моей претензии, стаканы нам не поменяли. Ко всему этому добавить нужно, в номере нет окна. Это ужасный опыт за 500 тысяч донг/ ночь

− There were ants in the room in several places, so the room did not feel clean. Unfortunately there was no window in the room and there was a bit of an unpleasant smell when you get in. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling. It says there is a jacuzzi open from 9 to 5pm but beware you apparently need to inform the reception in advance if you want to use it. Communication in English with the staff is difficult. This has nothing to do with the stay but there is a huge construction site in front of the homestay.

If you have allergies or breathing issues, book somewhere else
5.0Electric hot water heater for shower that worked great. Free upgrade to Rm 403, a suite, was fantastic. Cafe closed to the public but open for guest. Never went to the roof top or pool/jacuzzi.
− Lobby reeks of dog urine, dogs kept behind check in desk. Rm 402 has Soo much mold and mildew contamination that it is a health hazard. That's why they upgrade us. Massive construction noise from across the street. Not the hotels fault for that, but you should be aware. Will continue for the next year.
