Lovely bedroom in a comfortable home

Like sharing a home with my favourite aunt!!! Jane was absolutely lovely, gave us lots of space, and so thoughtful with everything provided. The house was spotlessly clean, bedroom was comfortable (with a tea station with fresh milk in a mini fridge!) and the house was in a lovely quiet location just 3 mins from Walmer station. Thank you Jane!

− Lack of breakfast opportunity. Was travelling urgently home to Munich so something to eat would have been good.

This is a room in someone's house, not a cottage to yourself,Very overpriced.

The location and very clean.
− When i booked this we were expecting to have the place to ourselves. On booking.com it clearly states facilities as hot tub,bbq,coffee machine,breakfast,cookies on arrival. House keeping and more. I saw none of this and wasn't offered any of the above. This is just a room.in a lady's house! As nice as she was it was awkward and not at all what I was sold, This is totally misleading. I am very disappointed in booking.com. We left early to get a hotel for a night and that was cheaper then here. The hotel had a pool,sauna and breakfast and was cheaper then this room in someone's house, Another thing about here is the toilet is at the bottom of the house and you have to walk through the dining room and kitchen to get to it, can't even pop to the toilet without having to get fully dressed incase you bump into someone, definitely not worth what we paid I will trying to get a refund.
