10.0Very professional,coutteous and helpfull staff. Had lunch, dinner and breakfast from Mallakkarethu House during my stay. They served excellent, hot and delicios homely food throughout. Owner Mr. Joji is an excellrnt hodt,takes keen interest in the property. I enjoyed his warm hospitality and made me feel at home throughout my stay. The property situated on the banks of Pumpa river is conveniently located, just 5 minutes of walk to famous Aranmulla Parthsarathy temple.

9.0The owner and staff at this property were exceptionally helpful from the booking process all the way to the last day of our one week stay. We had a party of 11 people occupying 5 rooms. They not only catered to our requests for the different meals with extremely delicious home cooked meals ( Shout out to the chef and kitchen staff), they also helped us out with whatever needs we had, like finding a tailor, getting local transportation, looking for train tickets, washing our laundry etc. We felt extremely cared for and enjoyed our stay.
− The bathrooms could be upgraded. It is Kerala and there are occasional spiders in the room, despite their best efforts.
