10.0Comecemos a avaliação pela educação e gentileza da senhora Maria Lúcia e do Senhor Mário: pessoas queridíssimas e muito simpáticas. A limpeza também merece destaque, o local estava impecavelmente limpo e cheiroso, tanto o ambiente quanto as roupas de cama e banho. Tudo muito organizado, cozinha completa para quem pretende ficar por mais tempo.O quarto conta com ar condicionado, ventilador e frigobar e TV. Além disso, a localização é excelente, em um ótimo bairro e próximo à Unicamp.Super recomendo e, caso precise, voltarei a me hospedar lá.

10.0Espaço amplo, reservado, excelente para atividades profissionais, próximo a Unicamp, Supermercado, restaurantes. Os responsáveis tem bastante experiência e estão sempre dispostos a atender eventuais demandas.
− As ruas ao redor ficam um pouco escuras a noite. Talvez para quem nao conheça Barão Geraldo, seja um pouco assustador. No entanto, o bairro é muito calma e agradável.
