The location was great, within walking distance of the metro straight to the centre of Bilbao. You can buy single tickets at the metro station with your credit card so very easy. The apartment was on the first floor (no lift) and was very spacious and clean. The lady was extremely helpful recommending free parking 10 minutes walk from the apartment after dropping our luggage. She met us on arrival and explained everything well even with limited english.

− It was 38 degrees while we were there and the apartment was very hot. The booking.com listing stated Air Conditioning which is one of the main reasons we booked it. It sadly only had a fan. This meant we had to leave the windows open to try and cool the apartment which was very noisy as it was on a main road. Acces to drop/collect luggage by car was difficult, there is nowhere you can leave the car nearby so one of us had to drop the other with the luggage to check in wile the other drove round the block a few times and then go and park at the free parking lot.
