Unwelcomed and inconvenienced, but fairly refunded ( Rules override humanity)
1.0The only relief in the entire experience was that, despite his unbending attitude, the owner did agree to refund the full amount instantly without any hassle. For that, I am genuinely thankful. But still, a little compassion and understanding in such a situation would have meant a lot.
− It was truly disheartening and upsetting. We had booked two rooms in advance for our group of four—three girls and one guy—expecting a smooth and welcoming stay. But upon arrival, the owner outright refused to let us check in, simply because we were an "unmarried group." I tried to explain the situation calmly, even suggested a sensible arrangement: the three girls could stay in one room, and the one guy in the other. But he was rigid and showed no willingness to understand or help. What made it worse was the timing. It had started raining, and the daylight was fading fast. We were stranded and stressed, forced to search for another place in such unpleasant and unsafe condition. It was not just inconvenient—it was genuinely difficult and emotionally draining. A little empathy from the owner could have gone a long way, but sadly, we were met with nothing but a closed mind and a closed door

I am very sincerely sorry that I came to Thailand from Summer Villa Maldives, after arrival I checked the dollars in my bag, but very sad to say that I could not find the 800 dollars in my bag, I am very disappointed, I ask for your help. The two days I was there, from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, I think my dollars were stolen because I went upstairs to have breakfast. Give the CCTV camera footage from 8:30 am to 10:00 am on those two days, I think my dollars were stolen during this time because I went upstairs to have breakfast.
