9.0Local bem confortável, limpo e em boa localização. Preço tambem excelente, sendo um ótimo custo beneficio.
− Os unicos pontos de atenção: pessoas obesas talvez tenham dificuldade nas escadas (estreita) e rua é bem barulhenta (culpa de motoboys e motoristas mal educados).

7.0Quarto tinha cama casal, frigobar,tv, banheiro privativo,uma safadinha,uma mesa cm uma cadeira,e um negócio com uns cabides pra colocar as roupas. Afritian Jéssica gente fina,deixa o cliente bem a vontade.
− Não tinha tomada ao lado da cama. Localização era um pouco distante do centro. Não tinha chaveiro quente. Não tinha um cobertor grande apenas cobertores pequenos

Foi boa, gostei do espaço, bem limpo e zero barulho de outras pessoas.

− Só não gostei da parte da cortina, pois como faltava uma parte dela não dava para conciliar melhor o sono pois entrava toda a iluminação externa
