Superó mis expectativas. Don Emilio es muy atento, tanto que a veces me sorprendíó. Estuve 4 noches y nunca había ido a Arica. El sector es tranquilo, con un par de líneas de colectivos que pasan en frente hacia el centro. Está ubicada a unas 10 minutos caminando de la playa y escuelas de surf. La casa tiene varias habitaciones. Si vuelvo a Arica volveré acá..

La amabilidad de don Emilio siempre dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier cosa que necesites. El desayuno es muy bueno. Esta super cerca de playa y el centro. Todo limpio y ordenado. Excelente estadía
