The stay had potential, but some improvements in maintenance and amenities would really enhance the overall experience.

The pool experience is good with the paddy field view.

− Thank you for hosting us at your homestay. Overall, we appreciate the space and location, but we would like to share a few areas that could be improved for a better guest experience: 1. The air conditioner in the third room kept turning on and off by itself, and the remote control was not functioning properly to adjust the temperature. This made the room feel quite stuffy, especially during the daytime. 2. Towels provided were insufficient for the number of guests, which caused some inconvenience during our stay. 3. The house appears to be in need of some maintenance. A few power outlets were not working, and there was no sink in the master bedroom’s attached bathroom, which made it less convenient to use.

Just pond... but I'm not sure about the water cleanliness.

− The room is so smelly. aircond also leaking in the master bedroom and middle room. Aircond in the rear room also problem, keep on off. The carpet at living room full with dust. I need to remove it to prevent my kids from any allergies.

Except for the pool, the rest of the amenities are not that attractive. For the price charged, it is not good value imo

The location was decent, and the pool looks new

− It is lacking in basic amenities like wifi, hot water and towels. Also the toilets are very basic and lacking in comfort
