8.0O quarto muito bom, com camas confortáveis, bem estruturado, com varanda, muito bacana. Ótimo custo benefício.
− Não há nada que reclamar. Apenas a localização não é tão próxima às atrações turísticas, mas é bem próxima à rodoviária, o que facilita pra quem vai de ônibus. No entanto, pra quem está de carro ou moto, é bem próximo ao Centro Histórico e pra quem tem disposição e gosta de caminhar, é uma caminhada que vale a pena...

7.0Ótimo atendimento pela anfitriã, local possui muitos utensílios domésticos, garagem, varanda com rede e vista para a cidade.
− O banheiro causa insegurança por ter fios ao alcance não intencional dos hóspedes, o apartamento fica ao lado de uma cozinha da própria propriedade que tem muita movimentação de pessoas e barulho até as 0:00.
Bom custo benefício.
7.0Cama boa e roupa de cama limpinha e cheirosa. Tem utensílios diversos para preparar refeições e área externa ao quarto com rede. Internet com ótimo sinal e host bastante simpática.
− A limpeza do piso, cozinha e banheiro não estava em dia. O banheiro é bem pequeno.
