Charming, cosy shepherd’s hut in a beautiful location.
10.0Absolutely beautiful place! The hut itself is incredibly cosy and very well-equipped for your stay and I loved being right next to the sheep. Beautiful location too. I loved walking into Lyme and Charmouth along the coast path (bit of a hike back up though!) The campsite facilities were good and clean and there was delicious pizza on Friday night.
Other than my husbands accident the stay was pleasant.

− My husband got tangled in the string holding the door and had a nasty fall down the stairs. I recommend a better plan to keep the door from slamming as the string is a danger to tall people.

Clean, comfortable and relaxing
9.0My first experience of a shepherds hut and it was fantastic, everything I'd hoped for. Clean and comfortable, everything provided such as crockery, cutlery, tea/coffee, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, nice outdoor sitting area. Toilets, showers and water tap were very close by, everything was clean and well maintained. Parking right next to the hut was appreciated. Lovely scenic location within walking distance of Lyme Regis (a hilly but enjotable walk, approx 30 mins). Check-in was smooth and trouble-free, and although I didn't meet the owners communication was good and the whole experience was positive.
Perfect glamping experience!
10.0First experience of a Shepards hut and glamping and we LOVED IT! Excellent camp site facilities, all well looked after. Lots of parking. Great condition Shepards hut with everything you could possibly need including a little fridge! (No hairdryer, so bring that). Loos very close to the hut, all families camping and good security. Great communication from owners. Very close to Charmouth. Loved our stay, will be back!
