− There’s a lot of development work going on at Borwick lakes so some bits look lovely, other bits are a bit of a building site.

10.0really great accomodation for holidays, great place for short trips to lake district (a lot of amazing trails maximum 1 hour from this place!). Place was really clean and comfy!!! Fresh bedding, clean kitchen and bathroom, nice equipment :) And really nice contact with owner ❤️
Lakes and birdsong!
8.0Very clean and comfortable van. Lovely owner who responds quickly if needed. I love this site..so much wildlife and birdsong and very relaxed. Beautiful lake and walks on the level for we oldies!
− Traffic can be noisy at rush hour times am /pm but not too bad in this van for most of the day.

8.0LOVELY OWNERS AND STATIC spacious clean and comfy beds. The position is open and green...lots of birds and quiet..apart from traffic noise..not an issue if yr out all day.
− M6 traffic noise was noticeable but expected some so not a surprise..! The hanging light is an issue...bangged my head a few times..even thou pulled chair out to remind me...but forgot an leaned over and bangged my head again.. easy to fix by pulling cord up inside fitting.
