The staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool offers an incredible view of the sea (it’s spectacular at sunset). The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Une très belle piscine à débordement au bord d’une très jolie plage. Le quartier, bien situé, offre un choix intéressant de restaurants très agréables.

− L’aménagement et l’équipement des chambres assez vétuste laisse vraiment à désirer. Quant au ménage et à l’entretien, c’est vraiment le service minimum. Et puis voir du matin au soir, le personnel vautré et vissé sur son portable autour de la piscine à attendre le client alors que les tables et les transats sont sales et pas débarrassés, ce n’est pas très agréable.

− My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the room had a strong unpleasant odor. On top of that, it had serious moisture issues: water was leaking through the walls and pooling on the floor, making our stay very uncomfortable and even unsafe. The cleanliness was also far below acceptable standards. We found ants and other insects on the pillows, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. After we reported these issues, we were moved to the only other room available. Unfortunately, that room did not have air conditioning. The only solution offered was to lend us a fan, which improved our comfort a little. The staff’s service was confusing. There was no permanent reception desk, making it very difficult to get assistance whenever an issue arose. The worst part was that, several hours after we had already checked in and our reservation had been confirmed, we were told to leave the hotel because of an alleged payment issue. Even though our reservation was confirmed, they tried to charge us again for the room, claiming that we had not paid and we had to leave like at 9 pm. This created a great deal of unnecessary stress and uncertainty during our trip. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience due to the poor condition of the rooms, the lack of cleanliness, the inadequate facilities, the poor customer service, and the mismanagement of reservations. I expected a much more professional level of service, but unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards of quality.

Belle décoration de chambre. Nous avions réservé une chambre et un bungalow car rien d’autre n’était disponible pour nos dates. Après la première nuit ils nous ont proposé le bungalow juste à côté de celui que nous avions et sans supplément.

− Petit déjeuné et boissons assez chers. Mais c’est souvent le cas sur île.
