Beautiful lodge in stunning setting
10.0Amazing setting and incredible lodge architecture, fits perfectly into the landscape. Magic sundowner, great food and very friendly staff. Would have loved to stay longer.

8.0Incredible views from every view point, especially the sunset bar. Great location and guides for elephant trails. Matheus from the Bar was extra friendly and nice to speak with
− Three course dinner was rather average (although the steak itself was good) and there’s a feeling of over-service - some may really like this, though we prefer not to have so many people hovering over us

1.0We went there and experience one of the worst customer experience. While arriving late the room was booked and they had one more room available and refused to board us. After stating we will get a refund refused to give us a refund and want to take our entire 1k a night for no services. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

7.0Die Lage in den Felsen, Elefanten und Twyfelfontein - fantastisch. 10 Punkte! Sowie unsere wunderbarer Guides Jose (Elefanten Tour 7.00-12.00) und Petrus (Twyfeltountain, 15.00-18.00). Beide waren einfach super, sie teilten ihr grosses Wissen in einer so netten und unterhaltsamen Weise. Ebenso King, der uns im Restaurant eine echt unterhaltsamen Abend beschert hat und viele interessante Themen über sein Land, die Völker und Bräuche mit uns geteilt hat. Herzlichen Dank. Diese drei Mitarbeiter sind die wahren Schätze dieser Lodge. 10 + Punkte für sie und ihren Einsatz. Sie haben das Erlebnis in dieser Lodge ausgemacht.
− Die Zimmer und Suiten sind total überteuert und müssten dringendst renoviert werden. Wir haben für die Hälfte des Preises in wirklichen Luxuslodges (die besten: Ondili Gruppe und Zannier Hotels) übernachtet. Das Bad unseres Luxus Rooms (mit Terrasse und Planschbecken) war so alt und schmuddelig. Keine Handdusche, keine Regendusche. Das Wasser kam in einem Strahl aus der Wand ! Das Licht im Bad war einfach furchtbar. Der Kühlschrank war laut, aber leer ! Es entstand das Gefühl, das Management ruht sich auf den vielen guten Ratings aus. Der Manager hat meine Anregungen nicht ernst genommen und sagte nur, im Zimmer ist ein Beurteilungsbogen da soll ich mal alles aufschreiben. Es gab keinen solchen Bogen. Die Zimmer und Preis Leistung beurteile ich mit maximal 5 Punkten. Die Lage allerdings wäre genial. Es gibt viel Potential hier, um das Design zu modernisieren und die Lodge stylisch zu machen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum hier alle 10 Punkte geben.
