A really enjoyable 3 day stay!
9.0The pod was great with a good little fridge & microwave. Location is superb - beautiful scenery.

1.0− location not easy to find (literally couldnt find it). no communication pre-stay at all. promise of an email with a pin that never arrived. money taken for extra guest but booking never amended, so booking.com couldnt rebook the number of guests paid for. original booking cancelled by booking.com when asked for assistance, but money was still kept somehow.

7.0Friendly staff, nice site, accommodation (pods) were as expected, clean, comfortable. Facilities overall good and as expected.
− Not much for young children to play on. Having a kids playpark would benefit families with young children.
Late Check In Aggravation

− After hours check in was really bad. Guest instructions were accessed by a qr code in the eco-pod but it was so dark when I arrived I couldnt scan it and the ecopod required prepayment for electricity, the procurement process for which I could not find (when I finally found it I learned that it required pound coins which I did not have). Send me an email or print the url! The website did not seem to have this information publicized either, so I went without power, which was very inconvenient.
Please note that no crockery and utensils are provided and guests are required to bring their own while staying in the eco pods.
Pets are welcomed inside lodges at additional charge of GBP 25 per dog per stay.
Currently, due to a local licensing restriction we are unable to accepts pets in our camping pods.
Gas and Electricity cost for lodge guests are calculated by yard readings and charged as extras.
Camping Pod guests are required to purchase electricity card onsite at GBP 1 per card, and cost is depending on usage.
Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Children of any age are allowed.
