− Room was not clean enough. Landlady's pets (three big dogs) were invading the swimming pool, continously.

Desafortunada experiencia

− - Al llegar al hotel se comunicó a recepción que se había hecho pago del 50% a pesar de ello cobraron el total, luego al hacer el reclamo nos dieron un saldo a favor para usar en consumo en el hotel. - Consumimos en la noche cena en el hotel sin embargo nunca precisaron que se tenía que pagar un 10% del total como propina. No tenían carta física solo nos mostraron los platos desde un celular. Esto se cargó directamente al saldo a favor. -Las sábanas de la habitación estaban sucias con olor a orines, nos tuvieron que reubicar supuestamente por filtraciones de agua - En el baño de cuarto donde nos reubicaron se encontró una cucaracha muerta. - No había agua desde las 10 de la mañana previo al check out -La zona de salida al mar tiene rocas, eso no nos precisaron y me hice un corte en el pie. Recomendación: Ir unos 20 pasos a la derecha del mar
