Very disappointed.
3.0The location is remote, miles from anywhere but that was the problem. We were virtually the only guests, so things were really dire. The villa was fine, no bed, mattress on the floor, but a good size and sitting room. The meal in the evening was good but we were the only ones in s massive restaurant.
− 1. Pool being repaired which meant there was no pool or communal area to sit. The hotel didn't bother to let us know by amending their email and giving us the option of continuing. 2. No bar open. 3. Restaurant provided only a fixed choice of Thai soup or something they called an American breakfast that wasn't. One plate of mixed food plus only white bread toast. 4. TV did not work - but was fixed. 5. Wifi did not work and was not fixed 6. Aircon in lounge was poor. 7. No lights in the bedroom other than the main overhead lights 8. Nothing open. No choice. Next food place 10Kms. The hotel should amend its standard email when it is quiet highlighting these things.

− Very disappointing experience as the booked deluxe room was not available upon check-in, and instead of an upgrade we got downgraded to a lower room category.. to make matters worse, the breakfast added insult to injury.. I cannot comprehend how this place is permitted to call itself a resort.
