Zapłaciliśmy za nerwy i stres.
1.0Lokalizacja i pyszne świeże śniadania. Na tym koniec.
− Pierwszy dzień pobytu wydana karta była do pokoju w którym byli już goście. Pani kierowniczka w recepcji stwierdziła ze cos pomylilismy. Dopiero jak zrobiło sie nie milo dała drugi pokój. Przy kolacji kelner po podaniu 4 piw zarzadal platnosci bo wiecej nie dostaniemy z bary znów interwencja na następny dzień u tej samej kierowniczki. 3 dzień kiedy cała rodzina byliśmy na spacerze obsługa próbowała wygonić dziecko z pokoju twierdząc ze pobyt sie zakończył. Winna ta sama kierowniczka ktira zagoniła winę na personel chociaż jak pozniej nawet na bloczku od kart do pokoju sama wpisała zły numer. Nadal twierdząc ze to kto inny. 3 dni pobytu 3 problemy to stanowczo nie za to sie placi. Niestety piec gwiazdek które ma niby hotel nie widać nawet na niebie bo było pochmurno. Parking płatny niestrzezony w pokojach brak nawet butelki wody. Toaleta śmierdzi moczem. Przyjechaliśmy tu drugi raz ale napewno ostatni

Sehr schön, angenehm und zum Weiterempfehlen
10.0Es war alles sehr gut, sehr nettes Personal, schönes Ambiente, gute Lage. Das Schwimmbad, Sauna( vor allem Herr Piotr) war top. Wellnessangebote waren auch sehr gut.
