The owner should rehabilitate and improve the physical condition of the rooms.

− Old buildings The first room assigned to us has a gecko inside, termites, and a foul odor. The 2nd room has an adjoining door, and we heard the TV sound and people talking from the other room. The big acacia tree near the canteen poses a falling hazard to parked vehicles The guard at the entrance gate made us write our names on a piece of paper (even after we told them that we had a confirmed reservation and we might register at the front desk). We obliged, but the guard just returned the paper and told us to present it to the front desk. We experienced intermittent to no hot water due to an insufficient water supply one morning. The TV was not working.
