7.0La posizione è molto bella. Una struttura sulla spiaggia, semplice, era quello che desideravamo. Il personale gentile. Servizi buoni per un tre stelle
− Il prezzo è sproporzionato, ci aspettavamo più servizi. La camera è piccola, il condizionatore rumoroso, il bagno non separato crea un problema di accesso alla camera e di gestione generale. Il ristorante medio è molto caro, comparato agli altri ristoranti sulla long beach. Il personale gentile ma non gentilissimo: non appena si chiede qualcosa in più, rispondono no, gentilmente ma fermo. Quando i miei figli hanno avuto problemi di stomaco, ho chiesto al manager un termometro, mi ha detto che non lo aveva (lo dovrebbe avere nella.cassetta di primo soccorso); gli ho chiesto di chiederlo ad altre persone o ad altre strutture e mi ha detto di no, semplicemente. Me lo sono procurato dall'albergo vicino e da allora il manager non ci ha parlato più e la gentilezza e diventata freddezza. E così tutto lo staff. Attenzione: provano a vendere di tutto, dal ristorante alle escursioni, che costano molto meno dai vicini.
