− Depuis 10 ans souvent 2 x par année , j’arrive à 3h , je vois que la chambre est faite et propre et ne la donne pas avant 4h, ça serait un plus pour le service à la clientèle, avant d’aller chez boathouse , j’allais ailleurs et c’était le petit plus qui fesait
Great location - no internet - poor host communication
7.0What a gorgeous location. Right on the lakefront, with a view of the cruise boats coming and going.
− NO INTERNET, with the exception of 5-10 minutes a day. Even our data wouldn’t work… no phone calls incoming or outgoing! The smell in the bedroom was not pleasant. I believe it is a mattress issue. The staff were over-worked students at the pub next door. We could never get hold of the host. There were a large group of us and we all experienced the same issue, poor communication.

1.0There was no place to eat breakfast
− Had no place to eat breakfast ? No internet service as advertised. And zero commuication with management. We booked out rooms a frw months ahead . We tried ti call this place many many times and they do not return phone calls. The calls go to a bar . And you have to leave a message that no one will ever return. There were cancelations within out group that we wanted to take the rooms . But there would not answer call so we had to book rooms at other hotels. Then we find out that those rooms were empty after we had paid for other rooms. Absulutelu disgracefull a d zero reapect for custimers
