9.0De sfeer van het wijn report. De rust van de wijnranken. Het personeel is vriendelijk. De kamers schoon en comfortabel. Prima uitvalsbasis voor Erice? de zoutvelden en Marsala
− We hadden een wijnproeverij geboekt. De rondleiding was leuk! Maar met de proeverij, waar we 5 wijnen van het huis met hapjes zouden proeven monde uit in een slecht einde. Je verwacht dat de man van het wijn huis je verteld over de mooie wijnen en je mee neemt in hoe geweldig dit wijn huis is. Jammer, we kregen te horen dat er nog een koppel was voor een tour en dat Carlo het over zou nemen. We kregen geen uitleg over de wijn. Wat we proefden en hoe geweldig alles was. Carlo van het restaurant werd aan ons gekoppeld. De lieve jongen deed zijn best maar sprak geen engels. Hij vertelde alleen welke druiven en hoeveel alcohol er in de wijn zat. Daar zaten we dan met zijn 2 in een veel te grote zaal zonder muziekje of .... uitleg. Het werdt helemaal gek toen we zagen dat de gids bij het Italiaanse koppel na ons wel bij de proeverij bleef. Erg jammer! De douche was in bad das opzich niet erg alleen de douchkop kun je niet op de muur bevestigen zodat je niet kan douche. Heel vreemd. Maar buiten dat en zeker over de douchekop ( kan het wijnhuis wel wat aan verbeteren) was het echt super we zouden ook zeker terug gaan alleen zonder wijn tour.
