7.0Отличное расположение, красивый вид, чистые номера, 2 бассейна, один с подогревом, красивый интерьер современный. Был отличный массаж!
− Отношение персонала, на ресепшене и в отделе спа разные условия говорят, заранее звонили спрашивали о спа, на ресепшен сказали одно, по итогу заявленной услуги не было. Ну и так же неприятный инцидент с потерей наушников: случайно оставили наушники, звонили на следующий день, просили проверить номер, спросить персонал, сказали ничего нет. Хотя по локатору они определялись в отеле. Ну и до сих пор в локаторе определяются то в отеле, то неподалеку в поселке. Это конечно не всего отеля вина, но все же осадок остался

8.0Сам отель красивый .Вид хороший.
− Не понравилось нахождение спиртное (вино ) в номере хотя это не бесплатно. Мы думали что это халяльный отель. В номере был странный злавонный запах от которого у моей жены болела голова Были планы остаться и отдохнут неделю,. уехали на следующий день Ребята на ресепшене выглядят уставшими и хмурыми от надоедливых гостей .
Санузлы староватые, слив плохо работает. Но все это не критично. Желаю процветания вам!
10.0Все понравилось. Внимательный персонал, чистые номера и очень живописное место. Красоту не передать словами. Жили в номере с видом на горы, вид действительно завораживает. Номера чистые и уютные. Вкусный и разнообразный завтрак. Бассейны, парилки чистые. Вечером в ресторане живая музыка, атмосфера потрясающая.
