5.0Friendly staff, but the room, while adequate and spacious, was not at all luxurious.Eg. No heater in the bathroom, minimal tea and coffee offerings. It just felt a bit dated and ordinary despite the advertised hype. I guess they market it on location, location, location. It is a beaufiful location, but the road in was a logistical nightmare due to road works and ongoing road closures and delays to work around.
