− لم يعجبنى حاولت تمديد الحجز من الفندق ولكن اداره الفندق لم توافق رغم وجود حجز ولكن اخبرتنى انه يجب الحجز من خلال الشركات السياحية فقط وليس من خلال اداره الفندق

10.0Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, mit tollen Mitarbeitern und wirklich wunderschönem Meereszugang. Meine Mutter reiste mit meinem Sohn alleine und diese Bewertung schreibe ich aus Ihrem Namen. Hier findet jeder was für sich!!! Tolle Anlage, tolle Zimmer, tolles Essen. Super für Groß und klein. Personal überragend lieb und zuvorkommend!!! Was für Kunstwerke die Roomcleaner machen ist bewundernswert und hat beiden jedesmal ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Besonderen Lob sprechen wir an Ahmad, dem Rezeptionsmanager aus! Er hat mich stehts über alles informiert und war immer sofort erreichbar, wenn ich eine Frage hatte! Er macht seinen Job Weltklasse und fragt auch, ob es allen gut geht oder man noch etwas tun kann. Ich kann hier wirklich aus tiefstem Herzen Danke sagen!!! Meine Mutter und Mein Sohn hatten wunderschöne 11 Tage dort! Rundum mehr als zufrieden! Das wird nicht unser letztes Mal im Stella Garden Resort sein. Macht weiter so 🙏

8.0Resort bom geral ,embora não seja novo. Boas piscinas,apesar de ficar a uns minutos da praia o transfer está sempre a passar. Comida razoável para o Egito. Mas ok geral bom resort para férias
− Bebidas pouca variedade, pouca.fruta também nas refeições. Pedir gelo a alguns empregados meu deus ,que problema. No refeitório como e um grande resort acaba por ficar muitas pessoas ,algumas delas muito mal.educados,sem regras de civismo ,mas isso o resort nao tem culpa. A limpeza dos quartos também deixa muito a desejar embora façam todos os dias.

10.0I must say that this hotel is too excellent for mere words. The staffs are exceptionally kind and nice. Mohammed Sadiq, Mohammed Fathy, Ahmad khamis and Malina are the amazing. They all made our heaven❤️❤️❤️
