9.0Die Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe von Alona Beach, gleichzeitig aber etwas abseits des Trubels. Gerade diese ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die kostenlose Tuk-Tuk-Verbindung war deshalb ein großer Pluspunkt und hat den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Besonders positiv war, dass die Bilder im Internet der Realität entsprechen. Man bekommt genau das, was auf den Fotos versprochen wird. Der private Pool am Apartment ist ein echtes Highlight und perfekt, um zwischendurch oder nach einem Ausflug einfach zu entspannen. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation über WhatsApp funktionierte schnell und zuverlässig, sodass auf jede Anfrage unkompliziert reagiert wurde. Man hatte jederzeit das Gefühl, dass sich das Team wirklich darum bemüht, den Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Außerdem war die gesamte Anlage inklusive unseres Apartments stets picobello sauber und sehr gepflegt. Besonders positiv fanden wir auch den gut gefüllten Kühlschrank im Apartment. Die Getränke waren jederzeit verfügbar und zu sehr fairen Preisen, insbesondere im Vergleich zur Umgebung rund um Alona Beach.
− Der größte Kritikpunkt war für uns das WLAN. Für normales Surfen reicht es meistens aus, für Videotelefonie oder mobiles Arbeiten ist die Verbindung jedoch zu instabil. Aus meiner Sicht würden moderne Access Points anstelle der eingesetzten WLAN-Repeater das Problem deutlich verbessern. Während unseres Aufenthalts kam es außerdem vereinzelt zu Stromausfällen. Das ist auf den Philippinen nichts Ungewöhnliches und liegt nicht in der Verantwortung der Unterkunft. Deshalb fließt dieser Punkt für mich auch nicht negativ in die Bewertung ein. Wer allerdings plant, von hier aus zuverlässig im Homeoffice oder mobil zu arbeiten, sollte das eingeschränkte WLAN bei der Buchung berücksichtigen.

10.01.독립된공간으로 사생활보호. 2.보통 풀빌라컨셉경우 풀이 작고 깊이가 1.2meter정도인데 성인이 들어가도 가슴 목부위오는것으로 보아 1.5m정도 되어보임. 아주 좋음 3. 보통 호텔들 아이나이가 12세 넘어가면 방 2개잡아야하는데, 한가족이 사용가능해서 가격도 합리적. 4.free transportation 5. Kind staff member 6.
− 레스토랑이나 편의점등이 떨어져있음. 그러나 무료 툭툭서비스 있어 큰불편없음. 조식이 간단. 그러나 floting으로 사진찍기좋아하는 사람들 만족하고 나같은 사람은 오히려 딱 먹을만한것들로 알차서 좋음.

10.0Overall the Villa I stayed in was very nice. It was very clean and very comfortable. I used all of it's facilities and enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
− The location is ok but you have to walk about 15 minutes to the main road where there are some restaurants and few more minutes walk to Alona beach.
