− Would not recommend this property. We ended up paying more than 25% above the property's actual tariff through Booking.com, only to be met with unprofessional, rude, and unaccommodating staff. Basic amenities were either non-functional or poorly explained, and there was a complete lack of transparency regarding charges and meal plans. The service standards did not justify the premium pricing in any way. Overall, the property was not value for money and fell far below expectations. The only redeeming feature was the beautiful view. Unfortunately, that alone cannot make up for the disappointing experience.
Hotel restaurant is not so good as per the money paid and the beds wear smaller with rooms

Good Stay for family
8.0Location is good n view is also amazing from upper floor, food for dinner was good n had food options. Room was good n neat n clean. Heater on net n room was required n was provided
− Food options but evening tea on order was not provided due food prepration.
