Well maintained place with great view. You feel like staying in edge of hill. Staffs are friendly. I must say they have

Totally not worth it.
1.0− **DON'T VISIT THIS PROPERTY.** This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The biggest concern was safety. There is no main gate, and the hotel staff themselves warned us to stay inside our rooms with the doors locked at night because bison could enter the premises. This is especially concerning for families traveling with elderly parents or children. The property has no mobile network, the Wi-Fi never worked, and there are no room phones or any communication system. Every time we needed assistance, we had to walk to the reception ourselves. Power cuts and voltage fluctuations were frequent, with no reliable power backup. Since it was cold in Coonoor, we needed hot water for a shower, but there was none because of the power issues. Despite repeated requests, the staff kept delaying the matter until we eventually gave up and went to sleep. To make things worse, there was a constant unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, making the room uncomfortable. The staff was unresponsive, and the food was equally disappointing. There was no à la carte menu—only a buffet, and the quality was below expectations. Overall, this property lacks basic safety, reliable utilities, proper communication facilities, cleanliness, and good hospitality. It was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

10.0Great views from the stay. The stay is just behind Lamb's Rock and even walkable from the property. John - The Manager is really helpful and cordial alongwith the remaining staffs
