10.0Приехали в отель в начале девятого утра и нас заселили не дожидаясь официального времени заселения! Уборка номера и замена постельного белья производилась по первой просьбе, без задержек. Чай, кофе, посуду - предоставляли без дополнительной оплаты. Очень приятные мелочи! Очень доброжелательный и квалифицированный персонал отеля!
− Иногда шумят туристы, но администратор оперативно и дипломатично пресекает это.
