− I would not recommend anyone to book for pond rooms, they seem to be like outhouse rooms in corner with no view and no balcony. During rainy season you cannot step out and that makes it more claustrophobic. Property does not have wifi, phone network is bad due to remote location. No internal phone to connect with reception or rooms.

− The pictures shown and actual is so different .. the rooms are dirty .. no cleaning of carpets or curtains .. the room size make you feel claustrophobic .. washroom commodes are broken .. yet the property is listed as 4 star

Surrounded by greenery and peaceful landscapes, it’s the perfect place to disconnect from city life and unwind. The setting near Pawna Lake adds to the charm and serenity. Spacious Mango Villa The Mango Villa was spacious, well-designed, and comfortable—ideal for families or a group of friends. There was plenty of room to relax, and the layout offered both privacy and common areas to spend time together. High Tea at Pawna Lake The high tea experience by Pawna Lake was one of the highlights of our stay. The scenic backdrop combined with a relaxing setup made it special and memorable. Helpful & Courteous Staff The staff deserves special appreciation. They were polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with requests, which made our stay smooth and pleasant.
− 🔧 Areas for Improvement While we had a lovely stay, a few areas could be enhanced: WiFi Connectivity – The internet connection could be stronger and more reliable, especially for guests who may need to work remotely. Continuous Hot Water in Jacuzzi – Ensuring uninterrupted hot water would significantly improve the overall experience. Excursion Pricing Structure – The excursion packages seem reasonably priced for two people, but for larger groups, the cost increases significantly. A fixed base rate with a reasonable per-person top-up might make it more economical and appealing for bigger groups. .
