5.0La zona, la playa, la ubicación. Depende de en qué parte te hospedes, si en los edificios que son viejos o los nuevos, las habitaciones son lindas y cómodas.
− Podría explicar mil cosas de las razones para no volver nunca mas. Voy con algunas: 1) el equipo que entretiene es muy junior, están muy cansados todo el tiempo, los hacen bailar, saltar, cantar, animar durante muchas horas y se nota. Comienzan con un baile durante la mañana y ya arrancan cansados, no sonríen, no disfrutan y no transmiten. 2) Las cenas en restaurantes donde hay que reservar son, en general, muy básicos. Platos muy "ornamentales" pero sin sabor. Además hay que reservar y la app funciona mal. 3) Los guardavidas ponen siempre la bandera amarilla o roja para no trabajar o para prestar poca atención. Si te dan un kayak tienen que estar atentos y con ganas, entonces suelen poner la bandera amarilla y tienen la razón justa para no hacer nada. Una vagancia tremenda! 4) Con la idea de intentar animar a la gente, hay música y mucho ruido todo el tiempo. No se puede hablar en lo restaurantes como La Yuca o La Terraza, están muy mal acustizados y no podes conversar con la persona que tenes enfrente. 5) Los mozos y las personas que atienden en la zona de los snaks bars, sacando a la genia de La Creperia (la única!!), el resto esta cansado, con flojera, vagancia, como si les molestara atender.... Podría seguir eh!

− El personal es poco atento, La comida y las bebidas no son de primera se terminan y no las reponen. Las habitaciones no son acordes a la geriatría de un hotel de ese nivel, No hay cafetera en la habitación y en el baño no habia jabón y artículos para el cabello.
