− La limpieza del lugar no es muy buena ... El precio q se paga por persona no es acorde a las instalaciones... La limpieza de la cocina no es agradable... No hay ventiladores y es muy pequeño con mucho calor ... En la noche hacen mucho ruido íbamos con un bebe y hubo momentos q se asustó porque golpeaban la puerta no se si era su gato o su perro y el ruido era absurdo tan tarde de la noche ...las personas q atienden fueron agradables pero el lugar no es como se ve en las fotos falta mucho por mejorar ..

10.0the staff was great. Delphine helped in any question and was so kind. the location is very central and you walk 1 minute to the willies that going to the termales. which is great. also the hostel desighned in a very colorfull way and gives a very warm and cousy feeling.
− 2 things about feeling secure. The door of the hostel is kind of hidden - it can be scary to come back in the darkness and open it with a key. A lit sign for the hostel would have made it much easier to find at night. another thing is the door of the private room which made of glass, which reduces privacy and security. A solid door would be much better.

10.0El servicio fue muy bueno, la organizacion y la limpieza. Ademas el personal siempre le da recomendaciones para ciertos planes y estan muy pendiente de uno. Fue el mejor hostal donde he estado.
