Location and having the whole family in the same room (not over 2 rooms). Comfy beds. We had to leave very early as my husband was doing a triathlon nearby and the owner left out breakfast items for us and directed us towards the fridge and toaster which was very kind and accommodating.

− Could do with a bedside light as there was no bed next to the main light switch. It was quite tight along the side of the double bed getting to the toilet and 3 out of 5 of us hit off the corner of the bed frame during our stay. My husband would have liked a tv in the room.
