10.0I want to highlight the amazing customer service at Hervey Bay Flashpackers, especially from the manager, Ken. We experienced an unexpected personal emergency during our trip and had to leave early. Ken and the team were extremely understanding, empathetic, and helpful, resolving our request very quickly. In moments like that, true hospitality really shows. We are very grateful for their kindness and support, and we would definitely recommend them based on their outstanding management and customer care!

10.0I absolutely loved it here. Not a 5 star but fantastic place. And so close to the beach. Worth every cent and more. I will definitely be staying there again

Lovely stay for a solo traveller!
8.0Clean, large common areas with a pool, bookshelf and large fridge. Breakfast included that had cereal toast and yummy waffles - they also did a free social cheese and wine night! Comfortable bed and heating/cooling in my room, good shower pressure too. Only 1 block from waterfront and close to good cycle pathways. Airport shuttle and bike hire very handy and reasonably priced.
− Nothing I didn't really like, good basic accommodation for a base to explore the region. Not for anyone who expects the room to be 5 star perfect around the edges.
