10.0가는 길은 힘들었지만. 오히려 그래서 뷰가 더 좋았어요!! 너무 친절하시고. 음악도 정말 맛있고, 사케 페어링도 너무 잘 어울려서 완전 만족스럽습니다. 온천은 작았지만 잘 관리된 것 같았어요.

10.0excellent Fully equipped room, everything was new and with Perfect shape. Great location, , free of charge laundry, great Onsen, superb food both Breakfast and Dinner that was outstanding. The team was professional and did all they could and succeeded in giving us "HOME" FEELING.

10.0The staff were so nice and helpful. We really appreciated the friendly service at checkin and at meal times when the staff explained the menu. The food was excellent and our room was very nice and spacious with a lovely view. My daughter also left a necklace behind after checkout and staff arranged to send it to our next hotel which was much appreciated. The front desk and restaurant staff really were excellent and went out of their way to help with everything including tours, lunch etc.

10.0Despite some rainy days, I had a perfect time in the rice fields of Niigata. You can rent an electric bike (for a small fee) to explore the area, if you don't come by car. The food and drinks are delicious! You should absolutely go for the sake and/or wine pairing with dinner.
