− En el baño, el lavamanos estaba dentro de la ducha, por lo que no era cómodo para utilizar. El parqueadero queda a las afueras. Aunque promocionan desayuno, no vimos que prepararán.

− Me cancelaron la reserva justo llegando al hotel, dejándonos a mi y a mi familia sin donde quedarnos, éramos 9 personas, incluidos 2 niños, yo había hecho esa reserva con mas de 3 meses de anticipación por 4 habitaciones. El personal del hotel no soluciono nada reubicándonos, solo vendieron nuestra reserva al parecer mas costosa porque el pueblo estaba lleno. Según ellos ese día me llamaron, pero solo el mismo día cuando ya iba viajando hacia allá, tan solo unas horas antes, no fue ni un día antes ni dos. Nunca me enviaron un WhatsApp ni nada y no tienen en cuenta que yo no vivo en Colombia y por lo tanto mi Conectividad es un poco limitada, por eso me confié de esta plataforma de booking para hacer la reserva, porque así lo he hecho en el resto de lugares por los que he viajado y no he tenido problemas. Ellos me indicaban que la habían cancelado porque no hice abono, pero eso es absurdo, a todos los lugares ue he viajado pago al llegar, y si algunos tienen política diferentes por eso se deja una tarjeta de respaldo en esta aplicación. Según el hotel, ellos me enviaron un mensaje donde me indicaban que yo debía abonarles directamente a ellos la mitad de la reserva para garantizar mi estadía, no se hasta donde eso sea legal si estoy haciendo la reserva con booking.
Centraal gelegen in Guaduas
8.0Het hotel heeft een centrale locatie op het plein van Guaduas. Het personeel is supervriendelijk. We mochten vroeger in de kamer wat heel fijn was. Er is koffie en thee beschikbaar. Je kan enkel cash betalen of via overschrijving. 50 % moet vooraf betaald worden. Dat was even lastig omdat we niet konden overschrijven, maar we hebben dit geregeld in ons vorig hotel.De wifi werkt uitstekend ook achteraan het hotel. We kregen een kleine kamer helemaal achteraan. Het voordeel was dat we geen last hadden van het lawaai van de bar vlakbij. Prijs viel erg goed mee om zo centraal gelegen te zijn.
− De badkamer was echt mini en de waterdruk was ook minimaal.
