5.0The location is good because it is close to other tourist spot. View is beautiful and there is nice bar next door (SEA DAZE and more) The surroundings are clean so if you are looking for a place to just sleep, this is the place.
− The staff is not that approachable. I requested for early check in and they approved it but when we arrived they didn't let us check in. We were even told that we could find another place if we didn't want it (like WTH?) No toiletries so please bring your own. Pantry not available and the water dispenser is broken!

5.0If you want to relax and sea the overview of the island you stay there it’s so relaxing
− The pool is not for the guest this is belong to the KANAPA bar but the pictures so hype they also mention it to the description of the hotel but i didn’t believe that is literally no towel toothbrush coffee, cup and even the dispenser is broken
