8.0洗濯機、タオルの用意がある。クーラーが各部屋にあるのは珍しいのでは？温度も自分で設定できる。また、近くにスーパーがないので冷蔵庫にビール、水、冷食が置いてあり、お金を箱の中に払って利用できるのは良いアイデア。
