10.0Everything was amazing like other people wrote before! The place is 5min walking from an amazing snorkeling spot. Turtles, millions of sardines, and zero people there before 8am, also no fees (the entry is from Cebu Fun Divers resort)! So I extended my stay for 1 more week for this reason😀
