10.0Everything about my stay was excellent, staff, facilities, and position

Good stay at a great place.
10.0Easy to find and in a lovely setting. Plenty of walking and cycling can be done from here. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Ring them if you are going to be later than checkin time and they will sort your key for you. Room very comfortable. Free tea and biscuits welcome in self-service kitchen. Breakfast very good and cooked to order. Plenty of space to relax in dining room or TV lounge. Drying room good too. Plenty of parking spaces just outside mill.
− Shower tray very shallow and water seemed to go all over shower room and mat. It was very hot when I went and there were no fans available, so sleeping at night uncomfortable. The windows only open so far, so airflow was not great. I pulled the ligthweight curtains shut for my second day, to keep the sun out during the day, and this helped with the heat in the room. No need to shut the heavy second set of curtains as this cuts off air flow.

Perfect place to stay whilst doing the Cleveland Way walk.
10.0It was exceptional. Very well designed, decorated and excellent size with lots of light and space and facilities were just what we’d wanted. Can’t fault it and staff very friendly and helpful.
