− Los muebles antiguos, las almohadas muy usadas, deben cambiarlas más seguido.

− Estaba un poco apartado del centro pero la verdad que la tranquilidad lo compensa

2.0La ubicación, la vista y la parrilla
− Poca preocupación, en la primera habitación el baño muy sucio, falló la llave de la puerta, hubo cambio de habitación en la segunda el piso lleno de tierra, prácticamente no salía agua en el lavamanos, el calefont no funcionó y hubo que usar el baño de la primera habitación lo que significó caminar por el patio para ducharse, no se preocuparon de arreglar nada, una señora adulta mayor a cargo sin poder resolver nada y muy mal carácter, en síntesis un desastre

− La habitación están pegadas unas con las otras y se escucha hasta la respiración de quién está al otro lado. Pusimos música volumen normal a bajo y el vecino nos golpeó la pared
