Solo female traveller without a room at midnight

− Had booking confirmation. Informed them of my late arrival. Set off and drove for 6 hours. Arrived at midnight as previously explained to them. No answer on the phone despite several attempts, no key or instructions. Solo female traveller left vulnerable and stranded. Discovered email next morning stating place was full and couldn't accommodate me.

10.0Mike made one feel so welcome! The hostel is very homely, very clean and well-organised. Excellent location in that everything is in walking distance.
