its so terrible to stay, no elevator, no service at all and room pic is not like they showed
1.0the bed is comfortable and enough hot water, besides these 2 good part, others are all terrible.
− first, the pic in booking about the room is completely differ from the real room, the room they offer me is a 2 step up to bed room without window, i checked there is no such room in all the pics, so i argued with reception, and she just said it happened before, but she will do nothing to help me, and dont want to change to the pic room for me and ask me to lift my luggage to 3rd floor without elevator. just shock me there is no elevator in this hotel and the whole room is terrible ,broken table, terrible smell in the room, terrible service.

− 晚班男櫃檯態度非常差勁
房間有煙味，一開始以為是對外窗飄進來的，關了窗戶後還是有聞到，跟櫃檯反應後換了第二間房間，但一打開房門煙味更濃更明顯，換到第三間才沒有煙味問題
