9.0Very spacious place with friendly staff. Well equipped and clean communal kitchen with everything you need, including filtered drinking water. Clean bathrooms and rooms. They have a common living room and plenty of apace in the courtyard.
− Some rooms face the street and are very noisy as the windows are rather old. Maybe you can ask for a room in the back when you book.

8.0Best value for budget in Xela. You won't find better for this price. Shower was not very warm. Facilities were clean, bed was a little dusty and old but comfy and has adequate blankets for the cold nights. Location is whatever, they have a cat. Good common areas, kitchen was fine.
