1.0− Nebuvo šviesos numeryje. Paprašius personalo pagalbos buvo atsakyta kad nieko negali padėti, nes neturi laisvų numerių kad pakeistų. Buvo pasiūlyta kreiptis į booking. com ,kad grąžintų pinigus. Susisiekus su hostelio administracija, po kiek laiko buvo atnešta stalinė lemputė. Pasityčiojimas iš klientų.
