1.0− Não cheguei a me hospedar. Responsável não estava, pessoal no local não soube informar nada. Local diferente das fotos. Não nos sentimos bem e resolvemos procurar outra hospedagem.

4.0Definitivamente não tenho do que me queixar do tratamento do dono comigo, ele é uma pessoa simpática e parece muito prestativo. Porém nunca me hospedei em um local com tanta falta de higiene. E coloco algumas das fotos aqui, para que você não se decepcione como aconteceu comigo. A casa é grande e antiga, assusta um pouco se você chegar à noite, parece um local abandonado. A casa é realmente muito antiga, fica bem longinho do centro, mas isso eu já esperava, e não me importo de caminhar. Precisa urgentemente de uma limpeza geral (uma reforma também cairia bem). Mesmo o valor sendo mais baixo para a localidade, não compensa, pela falta de higiene.
− O maior problema da residência é que tem muita sujeira. Se o proprietário não consegue pintar as paredes até é compreensível, mas pelo menos deveria dar uma boa esfregada nas paredes, para manter sem mofo, afinal é um lugar quente, então qualquer boa lavada nos cômodos secaria rapidamente. Não cancelei devido a toda burocracia do app na hora de solicitar o reembolso, já que pagamos no momento da reserva, e como cheguei à noite, não era viável trocar de hospedagem; sore que fiquei apenas três noite e dois dias e saio bastante. Muito mofo, muita teia de aranha, muita barata, lençóis antigos rasgados, mas o problema realmente é a falta de higiene.A janela do banheiro do meu quarto dava para a janela da hospedagem ao lado, da pra ouvir tudo. O booking deveria solicitar fotos de tempos em tempos para que os proprietários comprovem que o estabelecimento está apto a receber pessoas.

7.0Se cerchi una casa con personalitá, con ampi spazi comuni e una persona gentile e accogliente che ti aiuti a conoscere la cittá, la zona e la regione, questo é il posto giusto. Artur é molto disponibile a risolvere ogni problema. La cucina non funzionava ma mi ha messo a disposizione la sua, oltre ad acqua potabile (su richiesta) e lavatrice. Il mercato di artigianato é raggiungibile a piedi.
− La casa potrebbe essere decisamente piu pulita. Non solo per ragnatele e odore di muffa, ma anche per quanto riguarda lenzuola e asciugamano. Per uscire la sera é necessario un taxi perche la zona é piuttosto deserta.
