Beautiful courtyard hostel just up the road from the historic centre
9.0This is a very pleasant little hostel set around a courtyard, literally just up the road from the historic centre of Popayan. My apartment was beautiful, with a good desk and chair, a kitchenette, and very pleasant views of the surrounding town and countryside. The staff were nice too. Bonuses were the laundry service and the collection of old travel guides - surprisingly useful to browse in our online age
− It might be good to think about introducing air conditioning at some point, since even with the cooling courtyard I found some of the afternoons a bit muggy for my norther European constitution. Other than that, the only minor problem was the very enthusiastic dance venue down the road, which played quite loud music most nights I was there - though never past 11pm.

9.0El hospedaje es tranquilo, la distancia a sitios turisticos es muy cercana; los desayunos son espectaculares. La atención es muy humana y el proceso de Check In y Check Out fue rápido.
− Que no había sitios comerciales abiertos antes de las 11 am en fin de semana cerca al hospedaje; y en el sitio no habia elementos como para resolver de urgencia.
