10.0The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room and the bed were really clean and you have everything you need! The bed is also really comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and big enough for a few people. They have a big common room with a TV. Everything is nicely heated up in the winter months.

− Our room had a cupboard with the internet hub in it that emitted a high pitched noise. Sorta got used to it. There was a noisy incident in an adjacent street that probably had nothing to do with the hotel.

9.0Staff were amazing and very happy to accommodate my needs. The beds were very comfortable and the linen was fresh and clean and looked to be brand new. The showers were great. I had an amazing view of the bass Strait from my room and my room was nicely heated and warm. Free car parking was great too. Definitely recommended this property to those wanting to travel and who might be on a budget... I travelled for work and found it to be the perfect location
− Lack of bathmat in the bathroom which I found slightly frustrating and I had to provide my own towel but I was contacted by the property well in advance so I came prepared

− Only one PowerPoint in the bedroom and at awkward height so you couldn’t sit your device somewhere to charge it
